Overview

Todoshi keeps personal projects on your device with no account needed, and asks for one only when you want to share.

Individuals managing personal lists, and small teams sharing projects.

Today view combining due and overdue tasks from all projects, with one-tap complete, undo and a quick-add button.
Kanban projects with custom named, colored and reorderable columns (drag & drop).
List projects for groceries, travel and daily lists.
Subtasks, due dates, reminders, recurrence, labels, attachments and a calendar view.
Team collaboration: shared projects, task assignment, edit permissions and comments.
Interactive Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets with project switching and Quick Add.

Local-first architecture: personal projects are stored on the device with SwiftData; an account is only needed for sharing.
Shared projects use Firebase Authentication and Firestore, with member roles and permissions.
State management with the Observation framework.
Widgets built with WidgetKit and made interactive through App Intents, including Quick Add without opening the app.
Full Arabic/English localization with RTL, dark mode and Dynamic Type support.
